You are accessing to Dealer Collaboration Platform (“Platform”), a private platform owed by Caterpillar (Qingzhou) Ltd. (“CQL”). You agree to use the Platform within the permitted authorization that CQL grants and provides to you.

You understand and agree: (i) to use the Platform solely for the SEM Distribution Business, and must not use the Platform for other business purpose (including your own non-SEM business) without prior written consent of CQL; (ii) that all data and information that transferred and disclosed by you in and through the Platform is either legally owned by you or has been duly authorized for legally use, and such data does not include any state secrets; and (iii) transferring and disclosing any and all data in and through the Platform shall not constitute a breach under any contract, instrument or agreement to which you are a party or by which you are bound, and shall not violate or interfere with the legitimate rights of any other party or any applicable laws and regulations.
您理解并同意以下要求：（1）仅为山工机械经销业务而使用本平台，且未经卡特彼勒青州的书面同意， 不得将平台用于其它商业目的，包括您自己的非山工机械业务；（2）您在平台上或通过平台传送和披露的以及（3）您在平台上或通过平台传送和披露任何及所有数据信息的行为不得违反您作为其中一方所签订的或对您有约束力的任何合同、文书或协议，且不得侵犯或干涉任何其他方的正当权利或违反任何适用的法律法规。
